Swedish and Portuguese Speaking Customer Advisor for Webhelp in Malaga

You like helping others and you feel confident using phone, computers and many applications in your daily work? Are you interested in working with customers from Scandinavia and Portugal? If you are fluent in both Swedish and Portuguese with a good level of English in addition then we have an interesting job for you here in Malaga!

In the role as Advisor your focus will be on inbound/outbound calls and achieve the goals set by the client

As an Advisor you may take calls for more than one product or service, and this requires attention to detail & a high degree of flexibility.

In this job you will provide customer support via inbound and outbound calls and:

  • Have a daily focus on providing great customer experiences in every customer  contact, with a focus on constant improvement of the customer experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails and to support customers in their use of the service.
  • Follow processes and procedures laid out within the project.
  • Attend the premises of work on time ready to begin work at the agreed time.
  • Work together as a core unit and reach the set goals.
