Local IT DRI for our Malaga office

About the role.

As a Local IT DRI, you will work on support towards our clients in our environment, from our office in Benalmadena, Malaga.

You will be part of our Service Desk Team and be responsible for the support on-site and in parallel work remotely on our Service Desk towards other sites in the Webhelp Nordic Region.

Work hours are 8 hours a day, scheduled between 08:00-18:00 and are scheduled from Service Desk, weekly work time is 39 hours, and worked hours are reported in our ITSM tool.

When fully trained on-call work could be scheduled.

 

Requirements:

A relevant background, preferably with experience from previous work in IT Support, good technical ability and understanding and most important a strong interest in IT.

Fluid in English, speaking, and writing is a demand.

In the role as a Local IT DRI it is important that you have the following qualities;

 

  • Result-oriented – proactively working towards set goals and reacting fast if there is a disturbance in delivery.
  • Used to taking initiatives – take actions, detect problems and work through problems until completion.
  • Determined – the ability to make quick decisions and stand up for them.
  • Analytical – be able to collect information and do analyses and draw conclusions from the collected information.
  • Flexibly - adjust your conduct depending on information and audience.
  • Meticulous and organized – weigh in all factors when planning, striving to always perform at the highest level to reach the goals set.
  • Social – have no problems creating good relations and work with internal resources and external partners, as well as clients.

Competences:

  • General competence in telephony, infrastructure, workplace, etc.
  • Support for MS Office, Open Office
  • Knowledge in Operating systems (client-based OS, profiles, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Active Directory Account/group services
  • SharePoint support (user rights, minor problem solving)
