Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor for Specsavers

If you like to help others and are confident using phones and computers as part of your daily work, then we have an exciting job for you in our welcoming and fast-growing company,

In the role of Advisor, you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls to existing customers as well as online chat. You will help them with their questions about orders and products, in doing so you will contribute to achieving the goals set by the client.

A big part of your job is to make sure the customer receives a world-class service and to establish and build long-term relationships with customers. 

You will work in our new spacious office in Benalmádena-Málaga where you will become a part of the Webhelp family. As our new colleague, you will experience a professional work environment focusing on unity, development, and diversity.

General Tasks:

  • Supporting and answering incoming calls
  • Supporting and answer questions via chat 
  • Answer queries on social media platforms
  • Ongoing focus on providing great customer experiences in every customer contact – including a focus on constant improvement of our customer measurements – such as customer satisfaction
  • Follow processes and procedures laid out within the project
  • Work together as a core unit and reach the goal set

About you:

  • You have a native level in Dutch
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have strong writing skills
  • You are computer literate
